Who operates Little Days
Little Days: Shared Calendar is operated by YUJIE LI. This policy explains how the iPhone app and this support website handle information. Effective September 16, 2026. Contact: jadeli21666@gmail.com.
Accounts and shared plans
We use your name, email address, account identifier, and login credentials to provide and secure your account through Firebase Authentication. Calendar information includes profile names, optional relationship titles, selected avatars, event titles, activity icons, dates and times, typed locations, notes, participants, helpers, and repeat settings. We use this information to display and synchronize your calendar. We do not request GPS location or access to your address book.
Who can see your information
People who join your private calendar can see and edit its shared plans and profiles. Only invite people you trust, and only add information about others that you have permission to share. Invitation codes grant access and should be kept private. A child profile does not create a login or give the child access. Nudge messages are addressed to the selected connected member; they are not posted publicly. The service operator and service providers may access information when necessary to run, protect, or support the service or comply with law.
Reminders and little nudges
Local plan reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. Their contents may appear on the Lock Screen according to your notification settings. Nudges store the sender and recipient account identifiers, sender name and avatar, message, optional linked plan details, time sent, and read status. We store notification registration tokens and notification preferences linked to your account to route push alerts through Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. Lock Screen nudge alerts use a general message; open the app to view the details. Notification delivery depends on network availability and device settings. You can turn off notifications in iPhone Settings.
Safety reports and blocks
In versions with Safety & support, you can report saved plans, profiles, and received nudges. A report sends your account identifier, selected reason, optional details, and a server copy of the reported content to Little Days support. Reports are private to the reporter and service operator, not shared with other calendar members. Report evidence is retained for 90 days and removed during the next daily cleanup, including when an account is deleted, to investigate abuse. Private report receipts and block settings are removed with account deletion. Blocking stops new nudges in both directions and hides the blocked sender’s existing messages on your account; it does not remove shared calendar access or recall notifications already delivered. Contact jadeli21666@gmail.com for safety concerns or a report follow-up.
Service providers and technical information
Google Firebase provides authentication, database storage, and server functions. Our calendar database and functions are hosted in the United States. Google and Apple may process information in other countries under their service terms. Firebase services process installation and notification identifiers, IP addresses, device and software information, and operational diagnostics as needed to deliver and protect their services. We do not use advertising, cross-app tracking, or Google Analytics in Little Days. We do not sell personal information. This support website does not ask you to sign in and has no advertising or analytics tags added by us; its hosting provider may process request metadata for delivery and security.
Storage and retention
Account and calendar information stays in the service while it is needed for your account and shared calendar, unless you or a calendar member edit or delete it. Nudge records remain until the related account leaves or is deleted, or the shared calendar is deleted. Marking a nudge as read does not delete it. Notification records are removed by the app during a successful sign-out, calendar departure, or account deletion; invalid tokens may also be removed during delivery. Service logs and residual provider copies can remain for security, operational, or legal purposes under provider retention practices. We do not promise immediate deletion of all provider copies. The app caches previously loaded information on the phone for offline use. Demo data stays on the device. Shared calendars do not use your personal iCloud storage quota.
Your choices and deletion
In People → Your account you can leave a calendar or delete your account. If you own a calendar with other members, transfer ownership first. Account deletion removes the login and account membership, registered notification records, and nudges sent to or by that account. Shared plans and profile details can remain for the other members; account links are removed and author account references are replaced. When the last member leaves, the backend deletes the shared calendar. If an operation fails, reconnect and retry or contact support. You can edit shared content in the app and request help accessing, correcting, or deleting personal information by email. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Children and responsible use
Little Days is intended for adults coordinating plans with people they know. Children can be represented by profiles created and managed by an adult without having an account or a phone. The app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided information directly without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Security and policy changes
We use encrypted connections, account authentication, and access rules to protect information, but no service can guarantee complete security. Protect your password, invitation codes, and unlocked devices. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Contact jadeli21666@gmail.com with privacy questions or deletion requests.
